Though in a less-than-glamorous Village location close to Christopher Street’s adult shops, this cramped women’s boutique packs a lot of fashion punch. Just inside, visitors are greeted by a display of slim clutches by L.A.M.B. and slouchy leather bags by Regalo, a Tokyo-based line that is exclusive to this store in the city (and that clerks claim is a favorite of the models strolling Bleecker). Well-known contemporary brands like Jill Stuart, Nanette Lepore, La Rok, and Alice + Olivia, as well as little-known labels from Brazil, Europe, and Japan, crowd the racks. Overall, the looks are half office-appropriate chic and half night-on-the-town sexy. Slim-fitting jeans by Raven Denim, True Brit, and Gold Sign don’t come cheap, but the tiny shop’s three large jewelry cases are filled with affordable cocktail rings (some with bejeweled bugs), dangling fourteen-karat gold-leaf earrings, and strands of sparkly baubles. — Katie Hintz
