Profile

Perhaps you thought the pop musical Xanadu’s electrifying eighties roller-disco world couldn’t get any zanier? Now add Whoopi Goldberg to the mix. The Tony winner, co-host of The View, and famous potty mouth joins Xanadu’s cast for a special six-week engagement, from July 27 to September 7. Taking over for Jackie Hoffman, Goldberg will step into the role of Calliope, a muse and the heroine’s evil elder sister.
