Wendy works in the technology department of a corporate marketing company, and has worked her way fairly high up, though, as she says, "I have probably gone as far as I can in this area." But she considers her career a success.

Her brother is about to return to New York with his wife and young child. Wendy is incredibly close to him -- he may be the only stable thing in her dynamic and frantic life. "My brother is my best friend in all the world. He is brilliant and is moving to New York to study law at NYU."

"I am a constant dater. I think I will always be single in New York -- I have not met one single person in New York who is amazing enough to stop dating everyone else. I have really always been single, but here I am very, very single."
