Bridezillas' Wedding Details
 
Amy and Tim
Married: October 5, 2002 in Rumson, New Jersey.
Where they met: On the floor of the New York Stock Exchange about seven years ago. Amy was an intern and Tim worked there full-time.
Where they got engaged: Tim proposed to Amy at the TriBeCa restaurant Danube.
Wedding planner: Nancy Montserrat.

Cynthia and Matt
What they do: Cynthia is an actress; Matt is a stage manager.
Maid of honor: Cynthia's good friend and fellow actor, Rick.
The dress: Designed by Christina Jara. Purchased at Blue, in the East Village.
Wedding planner: Susan Holland.

Julia and Allan
Where they're from: Julia is from the Bronx, Allan from Brooklyn.
What they do: Julia is an addiction specialist at Albert Einstein College. Allan is a counselor at substance abuse agency in the Bronx.
Where they met: At a human services agency where they both worked.
Wedding planner: Stacie N.C. Grant of C & G Enterprises. "She was the calm before, during and after the storms," says Julia.

Karen and Emmett
Where they come from: Karen comes from a large Italian American family. Emmett comes from a large Irish American family.
Kids? Yup. Karen and Emmett have a three-year-old daughter, Ava.
The dress: Comes from Michelle Roth on Fifth Avenue and 57th Street.
The reception:
No traditional sit-down dinner. Instead, a party at the W Hotel on Lexington Avenue.

Michelle and Erez
Where they're from: Michelle is and English girl whose parents live in Cardiff, Wales. Erez hails from Israel.
What they do: Erez has his own locksmith business. Michelle works as a banquet organizer at Cipriani.
Where they got married: At Cipriani!

Miho and Joe
Where she's from: Japan.
Where they met: L'Express restaurant in the Flatiron District.
Where they got married: After a civil ceremony at City Hall, Joe and Miho had their real wedding ceremony and reception at Tavern on the Green.
Where'd she get the dress: Miho's gown is by Yumi Katsura.
Wedding planner: Lynn Margulies.

Tricia and Jeff
What she does: Advertising executive.
Tricia's background: She's the only girl in a family of six. The family is Polish Catholic, and Tricia's lowkey, homey parents couldn't be less like their ambitious daughter.
Wedding planner: Alternative caterer and planner, Susan Holland.

Vanessa and Dan
What they do: Vanessa is a Wall Street trader; Dan works in the legal department of an entertainment company.
The dress: Designed by Reem Acra, who's known for combining simplicity with intricate, detailed beading work.
The guest list: 300-plus people.
The wedding reception: At the Rockleigh Country Club in New Jersey.

Brooke and Charlie
What they do: Brooke studies interior design. Charlie is a banker on Wall Street.
Where they're getting married: on Block Island.
The dress: Designed by Vera Wang.
Wedding planner: Kate Edmonds

Kathleen and Dan
Where they're from: Both Kathleen and Dan come from the deep south, but now live in Washington.
Where they met: In Russia, where both were working as security advisors to the state nuclear industry.
Where they got engaged: The top of the Empire State Building. Although she has no family ties in New York City, Kathleen insisted on getting married in the Big Apple.
The ceremony and reception: At the Americas Society on Park Avenue.
Wedding planner: Kate Edmonds.
