Disney updates Robert Louis
Stevenson's Treasure Island into this futuristic tale of an
unlucky young adventurer seeking a legendary stash of loot, accompanied
by an assortment of intergalactic sidekicks. Visually stunning film
has a plodding narrative, and seems at times like an overearnest,
expensive Futurama episode, but should keep kids reasonably entertained.
Featuring voices of David Hyde Pierce, Emma Thompson, and Brian Murray.
