On the eve of the latest cigarette tax hike, 22 New Yorkers gathered at the Belvedere Hotel to participate in Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Smoking. They were allowed five cigarette breaks, and smoked together for the last time as the seminar concluded. Below, butts from each attendee’s final drag.
