Junior socialite Olivia Palermo likes to wear other people’s used clothing. “I’m all about vintage,” she said at an Operation Smile benefit on May 15. “Whether it’s a vintage store or the Salvation Army, you can find some fabulous pieces and just mix and match.” Her favorite spot for bargain-hunting is a Salvation Army store in West Palm Beach. “I’ve found some really fabulous things there, and people are really shocked. I’ve gotten e-mails asking, ‘Where was your dress from?’ I’m not afraid to tell. I think it’s kind of cool; it gives you a different side. So I was like, ‘Yeah. Two dollars.’ ” Thrifty!
