Christine Ebersole played Jackie Kennedy Onassis’s kooky relatives in Grey Gardens, but that doesn’t mean she’s heeding Caroline Kennedy’s endorsement of Barack Obama. “I go where the revolution is,” the registered Republican said at the Sex and the City premiere on May 27. “And the revolution is Ron Paul.” Really? “Ron Paul is a champion of the Constitution. He’s about getting rid of the Federal Reserve and shrinking federal government,” Ebersole said. “The water’s rising. It’s around our necks right now, and the other candidates are trying to lure us to sleep with these sound-bite fairy tales. He’s the only person who’s ever spoken to us as adults, about the realities of the cost of war and that this is empire building. No one else talks about it, because they’re owned by the bankers.” Paul won’t win, but she doesn’t mind. “He’s just the point person for the revolution,” she said.
