Only in the Hamptons would the arrival of a Citarella be considered money-saving news. Owner Joe Gurrera has signed a lease to open a 10,000-square-foot market in Bridgehampton, not far from Loaves & Fishes, a shop notorious for its $100-per-pound lobster salad. Gurrera will charge $59.96 a pound for his. “We are probably the only ones opening anything in the Hamptons this summer,” says Gurrera.
