One sign that the economy is no longer completely in the tank: More people are quitting their jobs than at any point since 2008. And Wall Street, which has long experienced high rates of attrition, could be poised for a bigger-than-usual exodus. Here, we survey 74 current or recently departed finance workers, all of them members of an online community called Escape the City, which provides advice for “corporate professionals who want to ‘do something different.’”
