Obama: Sleeps In Till 8!
A self-described night owl, Obama doesn’t get a ton of sleep whether he’s at home in Chicago (he’d stay up until one or two in the morning working on The Audacity of Hope) or on the campaign trail. His “sleeping in" time is 8 a.m., according to an AP questionnaire, but he probably wishes it were later: “I'm not naturally a morning person,” he told CBS News.
McCain: Don’t Wake the Beast
McCain’s crackling energy on the campaign trail is a precious resource: an aide told us the candidate gets only four to six hours of sleep a night. Sometimes McCain “sleeps in” till 8 a.m., but he has been known to refuse phone calls prior to 9 a.m.
