Both restaurants will be offering a special holiday prix fixe menu with unlimited margaritas, beer, and sparkling wine. While the dinner will be available at Empellón Cocina on Saturday only, Empellón Taqueria will keep the party going through the weekend, with dinner both days and a special Sunday brunch with all-you-can-drink specials. The price of the dinner ranges from $75–$100 (plus tax and gratuity), and the brunch costs $55.

Mad Dogs & Beans Mexican Cantina

Head to Mad Dog for some serious celebrating with a live mariachi band and some al fresco action when the party spills out on Stone Street. There will also be some pretty swank prizes, like two $1,000 trip vouchers and giveaways including sombreros and T-shirts.

Enjoy exclusive Cinco De Mayo brunch specials from Sue Torres’s nouvelle-Mexican kitchen, which will feature delectables like huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and breakfast burritos with homemade chorizo. The brunch will be available on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 3 p.m.

Gran Electra

With a D.J. spinning in the the garden starting at 11 a.m., you can start the day with a happy buzz and dance into the night at this spot, which promises an electric experience—and a whole lot of alcohol.

Public House

The all-American pub is a stop on this year’s Cinco De Mayo pub crawl, with $3 Dos Equis and Corona, $5 frozen magaritas, $5 well tequila shots, and $2 off on appetizers.

When everybody is offering unlimited booze with their brunches, how about throwing in some free food to burn the competition? Richard Sandoval’s Maya offers bottomless brunch with Avion tequila cocktails and a special menu for $35. A special three-course modern Mexican prix fixe dinner is priced at $55.

Tortaria

This is the place to be if you plan on moving in big groups. The Mexican joint is offering special six-packs, wherein you get to choose and assemble your meal from the menu featuring taquitos and tortas and they're served six portions per order. You can also make a special reservation for a “fiesta to stay” with the three Ts: tortas, taquitos, and tequila.

Pacha

Start early celebrations at the club and go all night with music by D.J. Boris and special guests the Junkies. Bonus: From 10 p.m. to midnight, tequila shots will be a mere $5.
