John Oliver performs at the Oddball Comedy Festival this weekend.

1. Have you seen the weather outside? It’s beautiful. Take advantage of it this weekend with a trip to Governors Island, which closes for the season at the end of the month. While you're there take in an old-timey baseball game on Saturday, with original 1864 rules. Funny outfits!

2. Or get your fresh air with a side of laughs, when Funny or Die's Oddball Comedy Festival comes to Jones Beach on Saturday, with a lineup including John Oliver, Bridgett Everett, Pete Davidson, and more.

3. Learn about the food world and also eat some delicious things at the Taste Talks festival, which in addition to a daylong symposium has events like the Sichuan–meets–Low Country boil on Friday with curator Sean Brock and Mission Chinese Food, and the Future Food Expo, exploring the intersections of technology and food.

4. If pork is all you want, head to Pig Island, this year taking place in Red Hook and including over 20 chefs and restaurants serving up pig in all its forms.

5. After you pig out, dance it all off at the I Feel Love immersive nightclub shows taking over an abandoned factory in Brooklyn for a disco-era '70s night reimagined for 2016. The iconic Giorgio Moroder performs, as well as Armand Van Helden, Jackmaster, Soul Clap, and more.

6. If you love the '90s, prove it this Saturday at 90s Fest, hosted by Pauly Shore and with throwback performances by Sugar Ray, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Sister Hazel, C&C Music Factory, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and more.

7. A welcome-back is in order for the Brooklyn Bazaar, which after laying low graces us on Friday with three Art Deco floors in Greenpoint featuring bars, karaoke, mini-golf, Ping-Pong, concerts, and more. This Friday you can also catch the band Clap Your Hands Say Yeah while you clap your hands and say yeah!

8. Things are more subdued at the Brooklyn Antiquarian Book Fair Friday through Sunday at the Brooklyn Expo, with over 100 dealers of antiquarian books and ephemera. Find something old to love, and happy weekend!
