On September 20, NY Craft Beer Week, a ten-day celebration of the city’s surging beer culture, ends with a sure- to-be-raucous tasting party at the enormous Studio Square beer garden in Long Island City. There’ll be musical performances by subway buskers and the premiere screening of a beer-tourism web TV series (first stop: Brooklyn). But the main draw is the more than 50 small-batch brews on tap (from $3 per eight-ounce pour), among them Clinton Hill–based Kelso’s yet-to-be released Newtown Kriek, a cherry lambic with a frothy head that’s been fermenting for over a year. 2–10 p.m.; 35-33 36th St., nr. 35th Ave.; 718-383-1001.
