Your Weekend Agenda

Events to check out this weekend, March 20 to 22.

An Octoroon

1. Friday is Macaron Day! It's not really a thing, but in case you want to pretend it is, here is a list of places you can get a free delicious treat in NYC, in honor of City Harvest.

2. It's a good weekend for food. Friday night is the annual LuckyRice feast, featuring tastes from 23 restaurants, including Pig & Khao, Redfarm, Morimoto, and Tuomo in a space with views of Central Park and Columbus Circle.

3. And on Saturday, Harlem jazz club and restaurant Minton's throws their inaugural Midnight Breakfast party, from midnight to 3 a.m., with a special menu just for the occasion and R&B beats provided by DJ Whutever.

4. Speaking of music, on Sunday, young man Hozier is at Hammerstein Ballroom while the more wizened Swans are at Music Hall of Williamsburg.

5. Comedy-wise, things get spontaneous at the NYC Improv Festival at the PIT, running through Sunday ...

6. ... and get racy at the Competitive Erotic Fan Fiction, featuring Dave Hill, Kara Klenk, Max Silvestri, and more, at Union Hall on Saturday.

7. Catch a play! An Octaroon is wild and wily ...

8. Or gear up for the final episodes of Mad Men, with Matthew Weiner's Mad Men at the Museum of the Moving Image, featuring sets, costumes, research materials, and more. Happy weekend!
