So much of traveling is eating. What’s the most exotic thing you’ve ever eaten? “In 1987, I went to Indonesia for my first movie, and they basically had this dish that was made of cow nostrils. And I thought, Well, I’m here, I should try it. And I got sick for a week.” —CHRIS NOTH
