Are you compatible traveling companions?
“We’ve got it down.”
So who’s in charge of what?
“Oh, I plan. I’m a big planner. And then there tends to be a moment when I have a full-blown toddler meltdown, and Ron finds some string cheese, and then off we go.”
—RON LIVINGSTON AND ROSEMARIE DEWITT
Are you a good traveling companion?
“I’m a very good travel companion, because I don’t talk too much and I always bring the best snacks.”
What’s that you’re drinking?
“Tequila. I had a shot of tequila; I love tequila. It’s the only thing I can drink that doesn’t put me to sleep.”
When I think about travel, I think about Mars. Do you think we’re going to get there?
“Yes, we will. Whether we’ll get back is another matter, but we’ll definitely be able to take people on a one-way trip to Mars in our lifetime.”
—SIR RICHARD BRANSON
What’s your travel style?
“Light and nimble.”
Are you a do-gooder?
“Yeah, I think I am. I don’t know. It’s for other people to say. When people call themselves philanthropists, I always feel like going, ‘That’s for other people to say, doll.’”
