Beer Table
427 Seventh Ave., nr. 14th St., Park Slope; 718-965-1196
Only the most learned world-beer enthusiasts will know much about the Table’s extensive and constantly rotating menu (the house favorite—a sweet, almost sticky J.W. Lees Harvest Ale—is one of the few obscurities that remain permanently on hand). Fortunately, the tripartite brother-and-wife-and-sister owners make knowledgeable and patient beer sommeliers. Close personal service is essentially unavoidable, given the squeezed layout of this literally named nook.
