Named for a constellation of influential Judys—Garland, Butler, Blume, Judge—this ultra-inclusive roving party revolves around outrageously themed décor and performances. Past one-offs: 420 Light Years Away (a stoner Jesus Christ Superstar set in the future), Mother’s Day (complete with PB&J sandwiches hanging in baggies from the ceiling and co-founder Benjamin Haber’s mom playing Neil Young from the D.J. booth), and Freddie Mercury in Retrograde. The ambisexual crowd ranges in age, race, and state of undress, with half the attendees decked to the nines and half wearing almost nothing at all.
