The team behind the meticulously designed Scottish bar Shoolbred’s here channels modern New Orleans via crisp Abita beers and tasty shrimp po’ boys. Inside the dark sunken bar, heavy curtains and salvaged shutters from Louisiana demarcate private booths. Out back, there’s a miniature Garden District complete with ivy-covered brick wall and running fountains; in front, you’ll find picnic tables topped with gingham tablecloths and condiment-filled tin buckets.
