The duo behind Prospect Heights’ Weather Up spared no expense in crafting their ambitious sequel in Tribeca. Matthew Maddy and Kathryn Weatherup commissioned an outsize cocktail program from Forty Four and Dutch Kills vet Richard Boccato, incorporating ice carved from house-produced 300-pound blocks. They tapped No. 7 chef Tyler Kord to create quirky small dishes like caviar toast and broccoli rillettes. And they ordered up a bronze bar to serve assiduously calibrated elixirs like the Revolver, bourbon softened with orange bitters and coffee liqueur ($14).
