Accordingly, downtown creative types fill the place nightly for old-timey live tunes (ragtime jazz, bossa nova); a weekday happy hour offering dollar oysters and $3 beers; and cocktails ($13) as restrained as the décor (sailcloth accents give the distressed floorboards, frosted mirrors, and antique suitcases a jaunty spin). The small plates, including a winning Scotch egg ($9), echo the hearty locavore fare across the way.
