Boobie Trap

Nights out in the city can be boiled down to two distinct types: the civilized and the debauched. We scoped out the newest, most notable bars and nightclubs and divided them up by whether they’re better for a nice glass of Elqui Valley Sauvignon Blanc or for moshing to “God Save the Queen” as aerialists swing from the ceiling. And of course, because nothing about grabbing a drink these days is ever that simple, the options—sceney, not sceney; live gypsy jazz or Berlin techno; muddled-strawberry punch or Jell-O shot—get only more specific from there.
