Founded in 2001, the Law Offices of Stephanie R. Cooper, PC specializes in all aspects of Family Law–from divorce and custody issues to pre- and post-nuptial agreements. We have a wide range of experience in all phases of practice, including pre-trial, trial and appellate matters.

We are experienced litigators with a background in mediation. We apply mediation principles and techniques in our negotiations, but always with an eye to the zealous protection of our clients’ interests. We focus on conflict resolution in all our representations, and we pride ourselves in our remarkable record of success in motion and appellate practice.

Stephanie Cooper, founder and principal of the firm, graduated with honors from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a Belkin Scholar and an Alexander Fellow. She taught legal writing at Cardozo.
