A family legacy continues and flourishes...
Personal injury law firm Fortunato & Fortunato, began as a workers’ compensation office in 1965 by George J. Fortunato. The practice is now a successful law firm partnered by Mr. Fortunato’s daughters and includes workers’ compensation, social security disability and legal litigation practices. The firm specializes in construction accidents, specifically, New York State Labor Law, which protects workers injured at construction sites.
Unlike many law firms with similar practices, Fortunato & Fortunato takes care of every aspect of their clients’ cases from inception to trial. With over four decades of experience the firm is well respected in the legal community and has recovered more than $100 million in construction accident and compensation settlements to date.
