The defense of personal injury cases is much different today than it was a few years ago. Expeditious dispositions have become more and more unlikely given the potential exposure and the plaintiff’s heightened expectations in most litigated cases. As such, our ability to craft a cost effective defense requires us to be more deliberate, more imaginative, more insightful, more skillful and more efficient.
