Henry G. Miller
Henry is the senior member of the firm and has been actively trying cases for over 50 years. Presently, Henry is on trial or preparing for trial almost every day. Henry, a graduate of St. John’s College and St. John’s Law School, is Past President of both the Westchester County Bar Association and the NYS Bar Association. He is a Past Regent of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Past Director of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of both the American and NY Bar Foundations and a Past Director of the NYS Trial Lawyers Association. He has frequently appeared on television and radio. Most recently, he is the author of On Trial: Lessons from a Lifetime in the Courtroom, published by ALM.
Lucille A. Fontana
Lucille came to the firm after graduating first in her class from Pace Law School in 1981. Since then, she has represented hundreds of injured plaintiffs with individualized attention, which is the hallmark of Clark, Gagliardi & Miller. She has obtained many million dollar-plus results at trial and settlement. Lucille was the recipient of the NYS Bar Association Award for Attorney Professionalism, citing her “zealous advocacy, integrity, civility and sensitivity,” and the Pace University School of Law Distinguished Service Award. Lucille has received the AV Preeminent® rating of Martindale-Hubbell for 20 consecutive years and has been chosen by The American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel magazines for 2013 as a top-rated lawyer for medical malpractice.
Robert J. Frisenda
Bob has over 35 years of trial and litigation experience in virtually every area of personal injury litigation. His experience includes work as a former Assistant District Attorney in Bronx, NY and as Special Counsel to the NY Stock Exchange. Bob has tried many cases, including one that appeared on Court TV and another that resulted in a $7.2 Million recovery for the client. His approach to litigation focuses on attention to detail and careful preparation, all with an eye toward a successful conclusion for the client by trial or settlement. Bob is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Angela Morcone Giannini
Angela joined the firm in 1989. In addition to being a member of the NYS Bar Association, NYS Trial Lawyers and American Bar Association, she is co-chair of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association Litigation Committee and author of the monthly Litigation Tips for the Westchester Women’s Bar Association. She is also among the select New York attorneys inducted as a fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. She is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Angela’s clients have received multimillion-dollar jury verdicts and settlements in both personal injury and medical malpractice cases. She has taught various CLE courses for local bar associations and Pace Law School. For years, Angela served as a mentor to law interns in the Westchester County Bar Association Summer Associates Program. She brings intelligence, common sense and strong will to the courtroom where she is well respected by clients and adversaries alike.
John S. Rand
Before law school, John was a practicing pharmacist. His knowledge of medicine, coupled with his tenacity in the courtroom, is invaluable to anyone injured through the fault of others. Before joining the firm, John worked for various insurers where he defended lawsuits involving automobile and work-related accidents. His knowledge of defensive strategies fortifies his efforts for accident victims. John has achieved multimillion-dollar recoveries for his clients, including a $10,375,000 settlement in 2007 for the estate of a 33-year-old man who died in a car accident.
