Farber has litigated hundreds of cases to verdict, developing a reputation at trial for his expertise in multiple types of civil litigation and appeals. Hyer has successfully assisted clients in both litigated and transactional matters, while emerging as a leader in the profession by serving as a member on the New York State House of Delegates and as a Director of the Westchester County Bar Association.
