For over thirty years, Sybil Shainwald has pioneered in the struggle for women’s rights, focusing her legal career exclusively on women’s health issues. As co-counsel in Bichler v. Lilly, the nation’s first DES daughter victory, she has successfully litigated thousands of cases involving drugs and devices harmful to women and their children. She has transformed the practice of mass torts in order to advocate for women worldwide.
