Phyllis H. Weisberg is a partner at Kurzman Karelsen & Frank, LLP, where she heads the Real Estate Department. She has been practicing real estate law, including cooperative and condominium law, for more than 30 years. She has written numerous articles for the New York Law Journal and Habitat magazine, and she is often quoted in The New York Times, Habitat magazine and The Cooperator. She is a frequent speaker on real estate issues, and she is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars. She serves as Chair of both the Subcommittee on Legislation and Reports and the Subcommittee on Continuing Legal Education Programs of the Committee on Cooperative and Condominium Law of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Ms. Weisberg is also a member of the Real Property Section of the New York County Lawyers Association and an associate member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
