Rachel Geman


Rachel Geman is a skilled class action litigator dedicated to advancing the rights of consumers and employees. Ms. Geman has obtained significant recoveries and benefits for consumers in cases involving fraudulent and unfair practices by banks, credit card companies, and mortgage loan companies. She has secured compensation for employees wrongly denied overtime pay due to misclassification or forced “off-the-clock“ work. A former Employee-Side Chair of the ABA’s Equal Employment Opportunity Committee, Ms. Geman has represented victims of discrimination in a range of industries and is currently prosecuting sex discrimination class actions against large financial institutions.
