Karen Artz Ash focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property law, concentrating on trade-mark and copyright law. In addition to representing clients in the publishing, banking, financial services, and consumer electronics industries, a substantial part of Ms. Ash’s practice focuses on the fashion industry. She regularly participates in business events in cooperation with fashion publications and is an adjunct professor at New York Law School, specializing in courses on intellectual property licensing and fashion law.
