Laurie Berke-Weiss practices all aspects of employment law, including claims of sex harassment and discrimination, negotiation of employment contracts and severance agreements, handling partnership issues, and litigation of non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants. Among her clients are Fortune 500® companies, non-profits, local businesses, lawyers, physicians, executives, and teachers.
Laurie is AV® rated, with over 25 years experience in state and federal litigation, as well as arbitration and mediation of disputes. She has served as Chair of the Executive Committee of the New York City Bar Association and is a past President of the New York Women’s Bar Association. Laurie is a graduate of Cornell University and Fordham Law School.
