Deborah Hope Wayne is a collaborative lawyer and mediator serving New York City and Westchester County. As a strong advocate with over 20 years’ experience in family and matrimonial law and principled negotiations, Deborah is dedicated to helping people resolve conflict without court intervention. She guides clients through the complex dynamics of prenuptial agreements, separation, divorce and other family law issues by using an understanding-based approach that stresses cooperation and respect. As an experienced mediator, she uses strategies that encourage good-faith problem-solving, ensuring that both parties are heard and all needs are addressed.

Ms. Wayne is on the Board of the New York State Council for Divorce Mediation, a former Board Member of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals and a founding member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators. She is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ Ms. Wayne co-developed one of the first law school programs on collaborative law in the country and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Collaborative Law at Pace University School of Law.
