The firm was founded in 2013 by Dawn M. Cardi and Chad L. Edgar. The firm was formed after a successful association of its founders for over seven years under the predecessor firm Dawn M. Cardi & Associates, which was founded in 1992 by Ms. Cardi. Cardi & Edgar continues the tradition of providing sophisticated legal counsel using an informed, strategic and holistic approach designed to reach the best resolution possible for corporate and individual clients.

Taken together, the Firm’s principals have nearly 50 years of experience in the practice of law.
