GRACEFUL SPA
205 W. 14th St., Second fl.

When facials at some spas run toward $500 and massages are topping $200, it’s a relief to find a new spot that’s both pampering and reasonable. Graceful Spa, opened by 26-year-old Li Huang (whose mother, Grace Macnow, owns the more basic Graceful Services uptown), has heated massage tables, ceiling speakers in each room, elegant stone-tiled bathrooms, and a makeup room. In addition to Qigong massages that are as strong and therapeutic as you’ll get anywhere, there are hot-stone massage, body scrubs, parafango wraps, and an array of facials. All massages and facials are a mere $80, while wraps and scrubs are $60. You can mix your treatments at a dollar a minute, so that $150 will buy you two and a half hours of well-priced bliss.
