To raise funds for relief efforts in South Asia, altruistic local chefs are doing what they do best.

1. Sapa
On January 11, Patricia Yeo hosts five of her colleagues, each of whom will contribute a dish to a $125 five-course feast benefiting Doctors Without Borders. Participating chefs include Tabla’s Floyd Cardoz, Annisa’s Anita Lo, and Jehangir Mehta of Aix.

2. Fleur de Sel
One hundred percent of the proceeds from chef Cyril Renaud’s $150 four-course dinner on January 16 target the U.S. fund for UNICEF, supporting South Asia Tsunami Relief Efforts.
