Rub sunburned elbows with the likes of Pearl Oyster Bar’s Rebecca Charles, Nice Matin’s Andy D’Amico, and Gonzo’s Vincent Scotto—or at least try to finagle as many of their tasting plates as possible—at the annual James Beard beach bash. On Saturday, 25 chefs and their patrons will congregate at Sagaponack’s Wölffer Estate Vineyard to honor Union Square Cafe’s Michael Romano and raise money for culinary scholarships, educational programs, and the Beard House.
