With conventional culinary wisdom dictating that the freshest ideas and most inspired talent are coming out of the Iberian Peninsula, Suba has scheduled a series of guest-chef dinners over the next two months for a quartet of Spanish up-and-comers (Spain’s la nueva ola, or “new wave”).
