Now that Spotted Pig investor (and frequent diner) Jay-Z has bought the West Village
building that houses the place, his partners
have decided to expand upstairs with a bigger
bar and dining room. While the renovations get under way, chef April Bloomfield plans to temporarily transfer
her Anglo-Italian menu—and two new gnudi variations—to either
the sixth floor of
Soho House or another exclusive location
212-620-0393. Reservations required.
