Tía Pol Fund-Raiser
October 23
The hurricane hit close to home for Tía Pol partner Mani Dawes, a New Orleans native whose mother has been temporarily displaced.
To do her bit, Dawes and her partners are changing the culinary identity of their West Chelsea tapas bar for one night—and swapping roles with their regular kitchen crew.
On October 23, a $50 door donation will buy New Orleans–style food prepared by Dawes, her husband, and her business partner, while the chefs will be out front pouring wine and serving Pimm’s cups.
