The Eighth Annual Chocolate Show
125 W. 18th St., nr. Sixth Ave.; November 10 through 13
Besides demos by local confectionery talent like Sam Mason, Pichet Ong, and Pierre Reboul (the man who gave us ganache in a paint tube), the show features chocolate couture, a chocolate cocktail lounge, chocolate artwork, and—for the first time—a chocolate spa, for those who’d rather marinate in the stuff than eat it.
