“If something is priced right, it goes quickly,” says Ava Van de Water, a broker with Brown Harris Stevens in Palm Beach. “That’s a good sign, because it means we’re returning to a more normal market. Sellers are starting to get the message that in the long run, pricing a house right is better than overpricing and then having to reduce it.”
