Saturday Night Live’s Robert Smigel – who created the foul-mouthed Triumph the Insult Comic Dog for Late Night With Conan O’Brien – just left his Village penthouse rental for a four-bedroom condo in the East Eighties. Smigel and his wife, Michelle, paid about $1.6 million for the place (asking price was $2.1 million).
