Anyone who lives in Chelsea witnesses first-hand the benefits of doing sit-ups the minute the mercury rises above 70 degrees. That doesn’t mean we actually DO them, but we are most certainly impressed by the results on others (I swear, the best abs per square foot in the city are in this neighborhood!). But when this handy little device came in the office, I decided that it was worth giving sit-ups a try. The X-Abs eliminates those important questions—should you lace your hands behind your head? Or perhaps your neck? Or just forget the lacing and touch each hand just above each ear? Just grab the X-Abs's cushy but firm handles and start crunching. Best yet, it rolls tightly for travel, and is great for yoga use, too.
