Marc Jacobs based his Fall ’05 line on the cartoon heroine Violet Incredible—now Chinese Laundry launches their new wedge-heels for fall, named the Incredible and looking suspiciously like the shoes seen on Marc’s runway. Coincidence? I think not. Chinese Laundry’s version is pretty close to the real thing, built with a slightly lower heel and a much lower price point. The shoes come in six different colors (including, yes, violet), three different materials (leather, suede, and a more mysterious “red mesh”), and cost under $100. Like their namesake, that’s pretty super.
