I never realized how hard it was to find cool bedding until I started looking. Pink or floral sheets are too girly. Plaid or patchwork blankets seem to only work on Martha’s Vineyard. And those Twister duvets from Urban Outfitters are fun, but not for every day. Fortunately, I found these Kivet linens in the most obvious of places: Crate + Barrel. Created by Marimekko, the blankets and shams were originally designed in 1956, but look totally modern. And besides the sleek appearance and ultra-soft texture, they’re also on sale.
$44.95-$99.95 at crateandbarrel.com.
