I’m not a fan of expensive hair products, but I’m obsessed with this T-3 straightening iron for several reasons. First, it really works—even on my coarse corkscrew curls. Second, it straightens wet or dry, so I can use it right out of the shower. Third, it doesn’t fry my hair, so when I go back to curly the next day, it’s not a big frizzy mess. T3 claims the secret to its success is tiny tourmaline crystals infused in the plates; I prefer to think of it as simply magic.
$200 at Sephora, multiple locations, sephora.com.
