Calling all
procrastinators: you can still score a 2005 planner that's
affordable and chic. It's from the California paper house
Cavallini, and it's totally gorgeous, with a smooth leather
cover, creamy thick pages, and room at the back for addresses
and agendas. There are only two problems: 1) It's so attractive,
you might be afraid to actually write in it. 2) It's become
a small status symbol with the style set, and that means
it's selling out fast. I spotted a few pink and red ones
at Kate's Paperie,
but snagged my own blue-violet version at Rizzoli's, where
I had the pleasure of flirting with a very handsome sales
clerkand discovering the books were 40% off their
original price. Happy New Year to me!
$15. Go to cavallini.com for store locations.
