If you’ve cracked open this month’s Vogue, you may have noticed a giant picture of a small label named Trovata. The California brand started by four surfer boys takes inspiration from West Coast skate culture, East Coast prep, and the easy sensuality of the French Riviera. Guess the designers didn’t call their Fall ’05 line Pompous and Penniless for nothing!
